Balli Durga Prasad Rao is an Indian politician. Balli Durga Prasad Rao was elected as MLA from Gudur Assembly constituency, Andhra pradesh. He served as MLA from 1985-1989, 1994-1999, 1999-2004 & 2009-2014 (4 terms). He also served as Minister for Primary Education in (1996-1998). He became MLA at very young age of 28 years. He served as Member of PAC, Andhra pradesh(2009-2014). His constituency is located in Chittoor district.
