Vinay Vilasrao Kore, popularly known as "Savkar Saheb," is a prominent Indian political leader and Member of the Legislative Assembly (MLA) from Shahuwadi constituency, Kolhapur district, Maharashtra. He currently serves as an MLA in the Maharashtra Legislative Assembly (2024–2029) representing the Jan Surajya Shakti party, which he founded and leads as President. Kore is recognized for his commitment to rural development, social work, and cooperative movements, notably through the Warana Co-operative Industrial and Educational Complex, which has driven employment, women empowerment, and infrastructure growth in the region. A former state minister, he has championed innovative energy and farmer welfare projects and was honored as "Lokmat Maharashtrian of the Year" in 2023
