P. K. Kunhalikutty (Pandikkadavath Kunhalikutty) was born on June 1, 1951, in Oorakam, Malappuram district, Kerala, to Shri Pandikkadavath Mohamed Haji and Smt. K. P. Fathima Kutty. Raised with strong values of integrity, service, and community, Kunhalikutty credits his upbringing for instilling a deep sense of social responsibility and empathy.

He completed his secondary education at G. V. H. S. S. Vengara and earned an undergraduate degree in commerce from Sir Syed College, Taliparamba. He also holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Business Management from Farook College, Kozhikode. His educational background laid a strong foundation for his analytical skills and leadership abilities.
