K. K. Rema, a notable political leader from Kerala, began her political career as a student activist with the Students' Federation of India (SFI), where she served as state vice president and committee member in the 1990s. K. K. Rema was born on 6th May 1970 in Panangad, Kozhikode district, Kerala, to Shri K. K. Madhavan and Smt. K. K. Dakshayani. She completed her education with a B.B.A. degree from Malabar Christian College and earned a Junior Diploma in Cooperation (JDC) while actively engaging in communist student movements.
